Hi guys,

I have been treated with Olanzapine 10~15mg for 18 months and then i stopped it.
I then started experiencing symptoms of dissociation especially the derealization and also i couldnt manage to do a proper conversation person to person cause on the 5th word i would say i would forget wtf im talking about.
My conversations in my mind were disorganized.
14 months later, which is right now, took Olanzapine again cause i couldn't tolerate the anxiety.
A week later the derealization started to fade away, my speech was more organized too.

I think what i have is a super sensitivity psychosis due to the initial treatment on Olanzapine.
If its really the case, wouldn't continuing Olanzapine (even tho its helping soooo much) worsen my supersensitivy psychosis which i then will need to increase the dose until the max.
What then?

Will i turn complete psychotic later in life at a point that i cant support myself anymore?
I am an expert in computer programming and security, i really care about my future.

Please give me your opinions guys.

Thanks alot.

You're suffering from antipsychotic WDs. It's pretty obvious.
Taking olanzapine will fix your issue, as you noticed.
If you stay on a given dose, your problem should disappear for good, but you may eventually have to increase your dose in a couple years or so.
Why were you given this drug in the firsr place? What was it prescribed for?
