Benzos Superior benzo prodrug - Rilmazafone or Avizafone?

Hey yall.

I'm talking mainly in terms of sleep induction and potency. I know that rilmazafone is prescribed to old people for insomnia in japan (I also know that avizafone was developed as a nerve agent antidote on the battlefield, but as IM ROA), I have heard some pretty mixed reviews on efficacy and potency. As for avizafone, oral ROA, bioavailability, and sustained potency is a concern though I'm aware it converts to diazepam anyways.

I'm generally curious how you guys perceive the contrast between the pro drugs? Just wondering about preferences with either/both pro drugs for those of yall who have experienced both. Or just one, that's fine too.

Diazepam oral (especially IV/IM injection) isn’t not a water soluble molecule, has greater difficulty penetrating the BBB and slow onset and painful injection site

Avizafone is a rapid acting, water soluble, pro-drug designed to IM administered injection …..10-15min the Avizafone molecule has fully been converted into its API (water soluble Diazepam/Valium) and reaches maximum concentrations in the bloodstream in approximately 0.5h to 0.7h - compared to 1.5h for Diazepam (Valium) . It also reaches higher concentrations compared to Diazepam

I just received another 2,000 mg of hi puirty (pharmaceutical grade) Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) …..over the 2 years I’ve ordered and received 1Gram, 1 gram, 1 gram, 500mg X 2, and finally now, 1Gram X 2 (2,000 mg) this light yellow, sticky HCL powder is very humidity sensitive and can turn into gooey solution. MUST be stored in dark dry package, in a cold fridge. Acquire a small glass vial….weight and add 40/60/80mg of Avizafone powder into glass vial, add hot water to dissolve fully into pale light yellow water…draw up in IM syring and IM administer into sholder muscle. 10-15min you’ll feel the onset creep in, 0.5-0.7h max concentration achieved

Simply amazing. The other compound you mentioned isn’t worth your time or money. Serious.

Hospitals & long term care centres, correctional facilities, etc, order Avizafone from a specific company for rapid sedation of aggressive & violent patients …..1.5 hours to take effect lol no thanks Valium……10-15min onset of IM Avizafone and 0.5h-0.75h C-max

Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) is the best of them all…..as it’s a faster acting, water soluable injectable compound which in-vivo turns into genuine Diazepam (Valium)

Diclazepam (2-Chloro Diazepam) the best long acting benzodiazepine compound I’ve had…..lasting days with 3 active metabolites lasting 200-250h

I would also lean towards the one that metabolizes into diazepam. IM injections are not something I would do though

IMO only way to administer Avizafone properly.

The French armed forces have an auto-injector pen loaded with 3 drugs (including Avizafone) ….into thigh muscle

I administer IM into shoulder muscle ….Avizafone completely dissolves clean & clear in warm filtered water. Drawn up in glass ampoule (tiny glass jar with aluminum screw cap) no filtering, just draw up clean pale yellow solution (mine containing Avizafone 80mg = Valium 40mg) into muscle push in slowly, leaving needle in for a minute or two so it circulates into muscle tissue/bloodstream. If you remove needle immediately yellow Avizafone solution will leak/run down your arm from pulling out needle too quickly

5-10min onset of water soluble, rapid acting pro-drug…..reaching maximum concentrations in 0.5 - 0.7h C-max as compared to oral Diazepam 1.5h . Avizafone also reaches a much higher C-max as compared to oral Diazepam

It’s being marketed currently to hospitals & medical treatment centres for rapid sedation of violent or aggressive patients that require rapid sedation….you can find online a company website promoting Avizafone to medical professionals.

Obtaining pure powder was such a treat for me…..probably 20-30 grams of very hi purity Avizafone over the years. Probably the best pro-drug compound for a benzodiazepine and Diazepam (Valium) in general.

It uses the same technology as Shire Pharmaceuticals Vyvanse (Lisdexamfetamine) Trypsin in red blood cells cleave the pro-drug molecule, liberating the API (Diazepam or d-Amphetamine) and the amino acid Lysine

Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) & Diclazepam (2-Chloro Diazepam) are easily the best benzodiazepine compounds I’ve had the pleasure in the RC or pro-drug category

A quick shot in the shoulder with a clean new syringe in nothing new for me, and IM administration is the most appropriate ROA (in a medical setting or as per manufacturer) and for patients comfortable and familiar with such ROA.
