hey all- i tried search engine-ing this one but all the Synthetic cannabinoid threads are all basically all about getting high and all the cancer threads seem to just be about the wonders of natural cannabis concentrates for cancer. so here's the question? I have a very dear friend (this is not an attempt at swimming, i seriously have a friend that is near and dear to my heart who, while possessing a full medical and naturopathic education is fairly ignorant of things as common as kratom or the 2c series, (or the concept of a research chemical in general), much less rare and synthetic cannabinoids....

so anyway, her family member has brain cancer (cant remember the exact type but if it becomes relevant in this discussion i can easily ask) in a stage that is quite advanced. its in the "months to live" category, (yet it hasn't metastasized in any way to my knowledge, its just a nasty ass late stage brain tumor). she was treating it with rso briefly, and when this became unavailable shortly after beginning switched to strong bho (and may add juiced raw cannabis tops to replace any "whole plant goodness" lost in the extraction process".

But seeing as it's so late stage and is guaranteed to kill the man fairly soon if something does not quite literally reverse cancer very rapidly, very soon, i started wondering about barely tested rc cannabinoids with insane potency at the cb2 site that might hypothetically be able to accomplish such a feat. I did some searching and was wondering what everyone thinks in terms of:

is this possible, would the benefits be significant enough to matter if a person was already consuming high doses of high cbd bho, and possibly some suggestions (if it is possible/worth it) for various cannab's that would fit such a profile or possibly, theoretically have such a benefit.

Albeit Cb2x receptors are mediating components in immune response, cell proliferation, etc. Make no mistake that NONE of these drugs are applicable to cure or cause remittance in actual human patients.

This type of fishing is exceptionally dangerous, people disavow stronger medications and the look for better oncologists and chemotherapeutics in hopes of curing it with cannabis. This thinking is dangerous and exceptionally circular.

If he has a few months to live he needs to find multiple second third fourth... Opinions on treatment you must realize there are hundreds of viable chemo cocktails all suited for the patient. These are effective and dependent so on the patient and was they can tolerate. But cb2 Agonists are not and will never be cures for cancer they are outlier receptors. Do you or your friend a favor and get him evaluated more.

he is also currently going through targeted radiotherapy, the Rick simpson oil wasnt a "run from the cure": thing and it originally started just to treat cancer/treatment related nausea, the potential "miraculous tumor reduction potential" was merely a potential side benefit- and so while he is already doing everything his multiple doctors (and doctor relative) can muster, I figured if there could be any potential benefit to something like jwh-133 (or something else, that was simply an example off the top of my head) IN ADDITION to all the current therapies (without any major potential harms-potential unknown long term issues not being a real problem in this circumstance)...why not try a "shotgun approach". Further thoughts?

*edit: is the expression "buckshot" approach? either way....

....????

You cannot say cannabis causes tumor reduction while he is on chemotherapy also. Many people say this whole on the combo and blame the cannabis. Makes no sense!
But let's say cannabis does have a mediating effect as it is a lovely natural product then usage of other cb2 full Agonists etc may be bad as they aren't just specific to one binding site and they can lower the efficacy of cannabis in total.
Therefore if you have cancer don't mix cannabis and research cannabinoids kids please
