I discovered a couple months back that I am a much less anxious and easily agitated person when I don't drink caffeinated drinks. I made the mistake of having a Diet Coke and an iced coffee within a 2-hour period because I had some early morning errands to run, and now I'm regretting it because I can't stop shaking and I'm super jumpy.
I pretty much kicked the caffeine habit I had since middle school!
But now I'm kind of at a loss for what to drink other than water, iced decaf, and decaf Diet Coke.
Any suggestions on tasty drinks that I can enjoy now that I've beaten the caffeine devil? Nothing too sweet or high in calories, please.
