Sudden health problems during opiate withdrawal or from using kratom?

Anyone had their health "crash" on them for a time after quitting opiates? Two weeks out and I've been having some major intestinal issues, they look like a pregnant lady's baby is kicking and I can feel them squirm sometimes. Also localized pain on the low right side in the mornings only and the occasional stabbing pain in the rectum and an abscess on my back. Is this from Kratom? I'm only using a little bit under a tablespoon a day, it seems unlikely to me that this amount would do that. Or is the intestinal upset just something that comes from kicking and takes some time to resolve and the abscess is just coincidental?
