Long time reader/learner of the sight, rare poster. (poster? hah)

So, I have been using adderall (xr/ir) ritalin (xr/ir) for roughly 6 years now (on and off) and as of today an attempt with concerta 27mg (x2) (alza 27).
But lately when I dose with any of the above listed, I seem to get heavy "downer" effects such as feeling heavy/melted to my chair and no motivation to do things that involve excessive movement.
I still experience intense heart rate, extreme focus, attention to detail, and all the typical desired effects for someone who tends to give up on lengthy tasks, such as my music production/engineering.
But I have "lost the magic" as far as motivation to get up and go, so to speak.
My abuse rate has significantly dropped with this family of pharms, but I am concerned and curious as to if anyone else has experienced this and if there is a remedy or am I just reaching the end of my enjoyment with these "happy pills".

Until roughly a year ago, I was always down to do miniscule tasks like hand-wash dishes, bathe my dogs, rearrange my room and other various tasks that your typical stimuli-user might take on.
Just curious if I have done some form of damage to a receptor or something of that degree.
I apologize in advance if this is on the forum, waiting on these ridiculously difficult alza 27's to kick in.
Any help and/or input will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Bluelight.
