Speeding Ticket Appeal Advice - Tried to avoid self incrimination

I certainly do not speak for s0nic but, I think the underlying issue has been overlooked here.

1. We have a fundamental constitutional right to refuse to provide police with certain information that may tend to incriminate ourselves.

2. The police officer must respect that right.

3. Arguing that the officer may have let him off the ticket if he had chosen not to avail himself of this fundamental right, proves the argument that his rights were violated. I.E., if the officer used the fact that he was asserting his rights as a factor against him, the cop violated his constitutional rights as set forth in the 5th amendment to the US Constitution.
