ok guys so recently I was forced in to a hospital and injected with 125mg of invegga sustenna (Palperidone palmitate) and the drug has made me a complete zombie.. ive already contacted my doctor and told him im never taking the injection again.. but I digress will this drug leave me scarred for the rest of my life or will I be back to my old self once the injection wears out
 
One month of anti-psychotic and you will not have permanent scars. You may feel a little off for a little while but that's about it. I am also wary of large dosages of long lasting medications injected into my ass so I understand your reservations and it's good that you have them.

How were you 'forced' into a hospital and why were you given the injection? Did you have an episode? I generally encourage people to get off of their medications but sometimes it isn't always appropriate. You may want to take a serious look at your mental health and actively pursue finding other ways to get a handle on your symptoms before another episode occurs. Just a thought.
 
I didn't really have a physcotic episode my mother basically started freaking out because I was smoking weed in the house she calls crisis center they contact the police and I was brought in to the hospital involuntarily and was given a mandatory injection... but anyways have you personally taken invega sustenna if so how was it
 
it takes appr. 7 half lives for a drug to leave the body i read.
so after the 2 weeks is up, do the math
Invega half life is between 25 and 49 days, times that by seven and you get at least 175 days before it is out.

No I have not taken Invega specifically but have taken similar medications. I would stay away from them unless you absolutely need them.

If that's what happened with your mom, that's pretty screwed up over some weed. Maybe do it somewhere else and certainly not in the house man!

Yikes. That is insane! I had no idea it was that much.
