Most SSRIs will block the effects of serotonergic stimulants (releasing agents) such as MDMA, methylone, mephedrone and so on. Taking additional serotonin-modulating drugs will not help. Tianeptine, though called a SSRE, does not actually work as a "reverse SSRI".
SSRI drugs will bind to and block the site that e.g. MDMA or mephedrone binds to to induce serotonin release. This means that most of the time taking a SSRI and a serotonin releasing drug will end in disappointment or medical emergencies. SNRIs on the other hand also block norepinephrine release and will almost totally block MDMA's effects.
The reason some SSRI drugs increase the effect of amphetamines is because both drugs can compete for the same metabolic pathways. On the other hand if you take SNRIs they may decrease the efficacy of amphetamines by blocking norepinephrine release. They may also cause hypertension or anxiety.
Bottom line: Do not mix stimulants or enactogens and SNRI drugs. Only mix norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitors like MDPV/Buphedrone/ethcathinone/methylphenidate with plain SSRI drugs.
