Soma dosage

Let's say that somebody has a great deal of Soma's that are 200 mg each, about how many should somebody take to get a nice buzz?
 
If you can get a buzz off of Soma, eat 2 or 3 and see how you feel. If it isn't satisfactory, take another dose of about the same amount. I, for one, can't get a decent high off of Soma. If i mix it with some opiates it does wonders, though.
 
There's really no "high" from Soma. They are just a muscle relaxant, and from extensive testing by yours truly, I came to the conclusion that they pretty much make you really tired around the 800mg range. Any less and I don't really feel anything. You won't get a buzz like you would from opiates, benzos, pot, or any other street drug. They are pretty much a waste. The one's I had were 175mg/350mg APAP, so you have to be careful on your dosage so you don't over-do it on the APAP. If you stay under 4grams of APAP you'll be fine as long as you're not drinking.

so there actually is something out there called soma?
i just finished reading Huxley's "Brave New World" so i thought it was just something he made up for it.
 
Yes the brand I received was called Carisoprodol. Soma is the most common name for it though.
 
I recall taking 8 Soma's which had 2800mg APAP total, 1400mg Soma total, along with 7 beers. I felt no nice feeling at all, I laid in bed and got all sweaty, to the point where I felt the need to change my bedsheets. I don't recommend mixing alcohol with a large amount of Soma.
 
Thanks....I did about 1 gram of Somas. My Somas do not have any APAP by the way. I snorted 1 and parachuted 4. I did them with some weed and I felt completely out of this world, I even woke up high this morning.
 
350mg Soma made me feel like I was drunk. Not a good thing when you're at a gas station and still need to drive home. eh?
 
Is soma a benzo or barb? I seem to have developed a bit of a tolerance to the traditional sedatives and was looking for an alternative to help me fall asleep at night.

As I said, I find the shit to be totally worthless but YMMV ..
It's also fairly easy to get if you go to yer doctor and comlain of muscle spasams and yer preverious doc put youon it.. shit, you can even order it online AND IF ONE PERSOJN ASKS FOR FOR A SOURCE IN THIS FORUM YOUR POSTS AND REPLIES WILL BE DELETED!!

OK, first of all SOMA if the brand name in the US. Carisoprodol is the generic name. I have never seen any form of SOMA, in the US or overseas, that comes in any strength other then 350mg. I don't see how anyone would crush and sniff these, they are NOT small pills. They are a muscle relaxant. They are nothing like a benzo or opiate. They are not even a controlled substance. But there are some soma-heads out there that act like they are addicted to them. Other people don't feel a thing. I have a script for 60 a month. I take them for sore muscles and sometimes for recreation on the weekends if there is nothing better to do. When my doctor prescibed them to me with Ambien he said, "now don't take these 2 together or you will be in la la land." I was like cool, thanks for the tip doc. Sometimes I get a little fucked up on them, especially mixed with other pharmies or a little alcohol. Be careful soma + alcohol is not the safest combination, so be moderate. Too much of those 2 could result in what we refer to as the "soma coma." Peeps have gone into convulsions by overdoing it. Hope this helps...
 
I just revieved my order of Carisoprodol from mexico (today actually)...comes w/ 200mg Carisoprodol and 250mg Naproxen per capsule. The 350mg tabs are pretty f'n big.
2 caps of the soma i got today is work'n quite nicely, bout time for bed. Came just in time as I'm starting to hit raves and drop X again...should work nicely with 5mg Valium for sleeping when i get home, since I've run out of my GBL (and don't plan on getting anymore).
 
i gotta bunch of somas one day and being the man who likes his low tolerance and to test things one at a time ate one and passed out like 10 minutes after taking ONE! i use them for instant sleep.

On my latest doctor adventure, I managed to get a bottle of tusionex and a script for klonopin....Fuckin you can't ask for a better combo of any street drugs...He did add, don't start the klonopins till the cough is gone or you'll sleep for days! No shit! Whithin two to three days both of the scripts were gone, now I got to wait for a few weeks to go back to that doc!!
 
I forgot, I think I did a little Xanax before I took the Soma...that's probably why it made me dizzy and buzzed. Try'n 2.5mg Valium with 400mg Soma tonight. (scoff at the low dosage V's of you will...I've only got 20mg left.)

There is an Indian manufacturer that distributes a combination of 175mg of carisprodol and acetaminophen(I forget the dosage on that one).

A while back when I was interested in Soma, I did some googling and apparently the soma-opiate combination is a very nice one. I can't say whether it is safe or not, but I am fairly sure SOma is a CNS depressant, so combining it with any other CNS depressant probably isn't safe in the medical sense...

I can vouch for that. Back in the day I'd take one soma, two 50mg codeine,
and a phenergan (to potentiate the codeine) and got an incredible high. I
called it a 'coma'. Some people (me and very few friends) seem to LOVE the
soma high, others either feel nothing or just get sleepy. It seems to have
quite variable effects (in terms of enjoyment) depending on the individual.
I had SOMA brand for a while, and spanish ones called Mio-Relax (also 350mg)
