Solvent for 4-AcO-DMT?

I'm planning on experimenting with daily dosing of 4-AcO-DMT for medicinal purposes. Because my doses will be <5mg, I will need an easy way to dilute the bulk powder.

I want to know which solvent will allow for this without affecting potency. I've been told water would lead to degradation, does this apply to all solvents?

I'm no chemist but I do know that all 4 subbed Tryptamines are susceptible to degradation in any solution. If I had to I would store it in vodka to ward off bacterial growth but that would be for extremeley short term (probably no longer than a week - and you may notice degradation at even a week). Also while in solution exposure to light and air must be kept to a minimum and I would probably keep it in the fridge as well.
If you plan on dosing 4-aco-xxx daily even at low doses you will see your tolorance skyrocket quickly. I doubt the experiment will last longer than 1 week. But I do wish you luck!

I think a bacteriostatic solution of water would be ideal, ideally without the addition of significant amount of alcohol. What I would do is measure out the smallest dose you're confident to (if it's < 30 mg, you might need a new scale), and prepare a solution for each corresponding series of doses.

I also don't know what medical effects you expect from this type of dosage regimen.

The ester of 4-aco compounds will eventually degrade in solution (to psilocin, and later the psilocin will degrade to colored oxidation products), keep cold (just above freezing) and use distilled water in clean glassware to hold this off for as long as possible. Phosphate buffered saline may be your best bet.

Any solvent that contains appreciable amounts of water (or has free -OH groups to effect transesterification) will eventually degrade the 4-aco to psilocin... just a question of how long.

I'm really curious what the effect of daily 4-AcO-DMT and memantine would be like. There are other reasons, like I'm curious what effect daily psilocin will have on my mood. I suffer from some anxiety and I'd like to know if psilocin can calm that down a bit.

It would be nice to know that psilocin can be used medicinally, beyond it's psychedelic effect at "high" doses.
