So why do I have to add test to a cycle?

Is it really true that you won't keep gains without test. I have been working out 3 to 4 days a week for 2 years and can't get any results. I've been looking at tren for a while and it seems like the perfect steroid for anyone really. I understand that it's going to shut my natural test production down but is that so bad to put up with for the results I'm looking for? Is it harder or impossible for your natural test to return to normal? Why run test too when it carries the estrogen risks along with it?

Hi matt. Can you show us what your diet looks like please? That's usually the first place to consider when you're not making any gains. Also what's your height/weight/bodyfat?

You need test because it shuts down your natural test product like you said
This causes you to not maximize gains, mood swings, depressed, poor labido among other things
Coming off gear without test also makes the reboud more difficult also

My diet is really shit. I lost a lot of weight when my wife left me. I was 210 lbs and crashed to 155 in about 4 or 5 months from stress and not eating at all. I started eating the most calorie filled and fatty/unhealthy foods I could get just to maintain. I ate 2 McDonald's boule quarter pounder meals every day for a month and still couldn't put anything on. I started drinking protein shakes 2-3 a day at 24g each and kept eating everything in sight and I managed to put back 20 pounds rather quickly. I'm still pretty lean. Not optimal but I have some definition in my abs. I'm just trying to eat a lot of protine. I'm not looking to be mister universe though

6'2" 175 lbs 34 yo. I work out 3 or 4 times s week with bench, sqwat, hang cleans, curls, then juijits. Sometimes I hit a cross fit if I can. I'd like to put on another 20 but I'm stuck

Hi Matt, I'm sure you don't need a lecture on unhealthy McDonald's..

You should start cooking for yourself a variety of fish, chicken, oats, rice, pasta, fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds with healthy oils..

If motivation or time is an issue, buy yourself a slow-cooker chop everything up the night before, and throw it in, it should last a couple of days, slice your meat up thin and pop it in for a few minutes prior to eating.. Boil up a separate bowl of rice or pasta, add to meal for carbs..

Porridge oats in milk with blueberries for breakfast, prepared the night before, with a protein shake (or eggs if you have time)..

Snacks: natural yogurt, fresh fruit (plenty of berries) a sprinkle of nuts and seeds...

Plenty olive oil, olives, avocados etc...

You need to eat...:)

I prep food one day a week and cook a shit ton and freeze it for the week because I work long hours and don't feel like preparing food after 12 hour work day. I Make Chicken Soup minus the soup. Chicken breast with corn, green beans, carrots and noodles. Then Italian sausage pasta with red sauce and bell peppers. Alternate those daily but lunch at work is a carp fest of cafeteria food or fast food

Given your goals and your present weight, I suspect you could easily achieve what you want without mucking around with AAS. Try eating 4-6 meals a day, aim for 3500 calories and 200-250g of protein at the moment. Slowly raising those amounts towards 4000 and 250-300g as your weight continues to rise.

If you're having trouble hitting those numbers, try supplementing with a proper meal replacement shake that you make yourself (ie not just a nasty commercial product but one full of good quality ingredients). We've discussed this before here if you're struggling for ideas.

Too much dairy messes my stomach up. Leaves me bloated and whatnot and kind of sour stomach feeling. Ice cream is fine though oddly enough.

Its not even that. The human body does not actually digest all the stuff thats in milk including the protein
We are the only mammal that drinks milk out of its infancy, there is a reason for that

I was always small as a kid. Drink milk they said. It will put meat on your bones the said. I drank the whole Midwest dry of milk and not a pound was gained. The only thing I did that allowed me to gain is ride the couch and stuff my face. It still took ten years for me to get to 200 lbs. Been on weight gainers and protein and nothing. The only thing that puts on pounds for me is being a couch anchor and I'm not going back to that

Yeah short of protein shakes you should always try to eat food
Dont substitute anything for solid food if you can help it
