So I found a 30mg phenobarbital pill, how much benzo to combine with for a good buzz

I found a round 30mg Phenobarbital, I am sure of it I itentified it, the thing is that its only 30mg and I only have 1, but I do have a month and a half of Lorazepam 1mg and about 25 clonazepam 2mg.

I have experiance and tolerance with GABA Pams, altho I have never taken a GABA Pam that was acting at the barbiturate site in combination with a benzo, which is why I kind of have no Idea how much benzo's will be amplified by only 30mg of phenobarbita, I know the half life is like 33hours but Like I said pretty used to it and pretty tolerant. Altho I havent really used benzo frequently in the last 2 weeks.

So my question would be, with a 30mg Phenobarbital in the system what maximum dosage of benzo should be used to reduce harm the most efficiently but without leaving me without any effect feeling like I wasted the drug.

You will likely not even register a dosage as low as 30mg with a drug like Phenobarbital. It's a Barbiturate, sure, but it's duration of action is often over a full day. As most of us know, longer onset/duration = less intense = less recreational/fun. Honestly, I've taken 300mg-400mg Phenobarbital at a time. It's available in the developing world over the counter in many spots, as it's the cheapest, most effective anti-epileptic drug available to those folks. I was asking myself over and over again "Am I high?" for literally 12 hours, at which point the strong urge to sleep was clear indication that I was being influence, but, aside from that, no discernible effects.

Needless to say, I worked on locating some Secobarbital after that and was pleasantly surprised by its intensity compared to Phenobarbital. I would take short-acting Benzodiazepines like Alprazolam (Xanax) over Phenobarbital any day.

I just don't want you to be expecting effects and then be disappointed when they don't come. With that being said, you must still be careful combining a drug like this with Benzodiazepines. I think a conservative estimate could put the strength of 30mg Phenobarbital at ~2 Alcoholic drinks. As far as what's safe, that's really on you to decide, as mixing Benzodiazepines and Barbiturates is inherently dangerous; one should be chosen over the other in my opinion. If you're really needing a reference point, I wouldn't exceed 4mg Lorazepam at most.

About Benzo dosage, well I am pretty tolerant even if the last 2 weeks were an on and off. I started to smoke weed again. So I think that with what you said, about phenobarbital, a 30mg dose would not be the center drug, the benzo would. So Phenobarbital would act as a benzo potentiatior. And 4mg Lorazepam is pretty low but I agree that 6 would be the max.
And I don't mind long acting drugs specially sedatives, when I get into a buzz I want it to last until I am tired of it and start doing something else than just enjoy. On sedatives I like to either socialise or watch tv, get out of the routine of using too much the brain to think before you act, and act more on desires an impulsions. Sedatives help so much to go with the flow its awsome, I am glad I dont use then as frequently, I can appreciate them much more.

Cool man, it all sounds good. I feel that 6mg Lorazepam with a tolerance like yours is excessive though if you're going to be using the Phenobarbital simultaneously.

Phenobarb isn't even very recreational at high doses. Tbh few if any barbs are. Its like a drunk feeling and passing out(falling asleep but not in a good way like a benzo Buzz or opiate nod)

I mean you could go ahead and take that since it's a small dose but don't expect any potentiation of anything.

Its more than additive to benzo, its synergic, thats mostly the only thing I see in it. I see benzo as an evening of mellow muscles, low attention, quick sleep and hard to remember the next day. Somehow no matter the dose of benzo I never act differently and I went up alot. Like 300 diazepam alot. Anyway, I use them alot less frequently and now that If found one phenobarbital Its making me want to try the combo, specially that I am coming down an acid trip.

That's interesting, does phenobarbital help you to sleep on the comedown? Now, while I don't have any access to this stuff, does having a few beers tend to help you sleep when your coming down from a trip? Never really tried that. Because it would seem like it would since both are depressants, unless I'm off. Because I'll admit the tail end trip insomnia can get mildly annoying at times. Though, to me, it's not a big deal at all considering the amazing wisdom that trips offer In a way, it's like who cares about any discomfort and/or insomnia yet if at the time there were a few beers or a benzo around I'd probably have it to be sure I get a good rest the night after a trip

I do not like alcohol so did not try and won't but my usual downer for insomnia is weed and when on acid weed just kicks it back in so when I take acid if the dose is high enough and that I keep smoking weed I can stay up for over 40hours tripping 40 hours, as long as there is weed and that I am able somehow to be awake I am tripping. Wierd how it works, thats why I use benzo when I find that a trip has lasted long enough for me. It helps reduce the increased awareness that acid provides and makes the hours before bed more comfortabe. Mabe alcohol could work but alcohol is short duration unless you drink to pass out.

Id save it for when you got a splitting headache. I think thats what they are used for and id love having something other than aspirin when my heads pounding.
