The Sex Lies Rodeo Sex Love & Relationships subforum is looking for a 4th moderator!

This is not a particularly difficult job, and will probably be easier than you expect as long as you are able to log on daily and maintain a consistent level of activity.

We’re looking for someone who has shown consistent activity in SLR, helpful responses, kindness, and empathy during their time on Bluelight.

If you are interested in taking a shot at it, then please answer the questions below in a PM to @arrall

1. How much time can you commit to moderating SLR, and which time zone are you located in?

2. What interests you about moderating SLR? What do you feel that you will bring to the team? What relevant experience do you have? (e.g. Moderating elsewhere, work/volunteering/activism experience)

3. How do you feel that SLR (and Bluelight as a whole) could be improved?

4. Is there anything else that you would like to add or tell us about yourself?

When I modded SLR I let people get too saucy because I totally believe the trolls stupid topics while everyone else reported the fuck out of them. I'm like "idk man sounds legit I'm a freak too"

Think it's pretty good as a whole. Just got to weed out trolls.
