Hi!

At Saturday evening I used some drugs. I used Cocaine, alcohol, cannabis and amphetamine or methedrone.

One week ago I bought my first gram of amphetamine or methedrone (I'm not sure wich). I took some of it.

This weekend I took it for the 2nd time along with the drugs I wrote. It was hard to sleep so I smoked my self to sleep with cannabis.

Anyway, every Night since then I have had some troubles with my sleep.
First it's hard to sleep, even if I'm deadly tired.
I wake up several times during the night, unsure if I have been sleeping at all, or just been trying to. After some minutes I realize that I have been sleeping, becouse I suddenly remember a dream.
This happen 3-4 times a night and I dream every time I sleep.
In the morning, I'm more tired then I was when I went to bed. However, after some hours I'm not that tired anymore. But I get more tired for every day.
The dreams I have are strange too. They are very strong.
Tonight I'm going too see if cannabis can help me sleep better.

Is this a common thing to happen?
Is it the amphetamine/mephedrone or is it the mixture?

Sry for bad English

It could be the amphetamine/mephedrone, considering you're not sure exactly what it is. If it was methamphetamine that would make even more sense. It's possible.

Cannabis can certainly help, it's a common thing to happen after amphetamine and amphetamine-like stimulant binges, disturbed sleep patterns, powerful and strange dreams.

If it is available OTC in your country/state/province, I would recommend picking up some melatonin to try and reset your sleep schedule.

^That's a good suggestion. I would recommend looking into some melatonin as well as an over the counter sedative such as diphenhydramine, doxylamine, promethazine or whatever is available in your area. Also, avoid stimulants (especially later in the day) and try to get enough exercise during the day. There are lots of suggestions in this vein that you can find by looking for information on 'sleep hygiene'.

Its really hard to say why you are experiencing the sleeping issues... it could be a physiological response to whatever phenethylamine you took (assuming it WAS an amphetamine or mephedrone); it could be psychological (e.g. anxiety) or something else entirely. Its really hard to determine what precisely is causing your sleep disturbances on such limited information.

I can not stress enough though how dangerous taking unknown substances is. PLEASE know what you're taking... I have no idea how you're even determining appropriate doses without knowing what drug(s) you have.

Cane's right, it would be much more helpful if we knew exactly what you took, a more exact time table for when you consumed it (them?), other underlying or preexisting medical issues or situations (anxiety is a big one) as well as dosing. In fact, what country are you located in? That will help us figure out what's OTC where you are and what's not.

A side note on the anxiety issue, stimulants in general cause anxiety, which can cause sleep problems for long after whatever the stimulant in question was has worn off. If you're not able to acquire a first generation (sedating) antihistamine or melatonin or they don't work then I would look into seeing a doctor for anxiety or at least trying out a benzo or maybe even hydroxyzine...which itself is a first generation (sedating) antihistamine.

I have panic disorder (diagnosed) and always carry a benzo or at the very least some diphenhydramine with me when I'm on or planning on consuming stimulants of any kind. Hope this helps :)
