Before you move the thread mods, this thread does apply to basic drug studies as a number of changes in the brain seem to occur while sleep deprived.
Is sleep deprivation something that can be done twice a week safely?
I am bipolar and my sleeping is all over the place. Yesterday i woke up at 4 pm and i am currently up since then planning on staying up till 12am or so.
usually get up around 2-4 pm lately.
Could this be a sleep scheduale i could maintain for the 2 months without health issues?
I feel alot better while deprived, my anxiety diminishes drastically as does my depression. Then when i finally do go to bed i can do so without the need to eat and actually feel that tired relaxed muscle feeling that i seemed to normally have in the past often.
