If I were you, I would seriously try very hard to stay away from stimulants. People who are prone to panic/anxiety, and/or have heart problems, heart problems in the family, etc should not use cocaine. If you notice these symptoms, please do yourself a favor and DON'T do anymore coke. While it may not kill you today, or next week, or next year even, these heart problems are no joke and CERTAINLY could put you in a very precarious medical situation.
I would go to the doctor and talk to him about your heart palpitations and skipping beats and anxiety/panic, etc. You don't necessarily have to tell him about cocaine usage, just that you notice that your heart is acting a bit funny. THere is a good chance that nothing major is wrong with your body, but it is certainly better to get it checked out, to be safe. If you choose not to go to the doctor, and then go out and do some coke, and die, well..that would be ultra-beat, no?
Cocaine is very taxing on your body and heart. Personally, I have a SEVERE panic/anxiety disorder, and doing stimulants is rarely enjoyable for me. It makes my blood pressure and heart rate SKYROCKET. During the experience I always find myself not getting adequate breaths, and sometimes get heart palpitations. With nothing on hand to calm me down (i.e benzos/opiates) my stimulant experiences are just riddled with panic/anxiety, especially in conjunction with the crazy physical symptoms I experience.
Your best bet would simply be to stay the fuck away ! Haha. If you must continue doing stimulants for whatever reason, take as small a dose as possible, and make sure to take your time between lines. Staying hydrated is VERY important, as dehydration can make anxiety/panic worse. Also, while coke binges aren't typically helpful in regards to eating, but eating a little snack here and there between lines and drinking water will help you feel better.
Since I have extreme anxiety disorders as well as minor heart problems, I try to stay away from coke these days. IF I do decide to indulge for whatever reason, IT IS A MUST for me to have benzos on hand. (Xanax, klonopin, valium, etc.) Taking a small dose DURING your session will help keep your BP and heart rate in check, as well as eliminate most of the negative mental/physical side effects associated with the drug. Also, AFTER your session is done, a nice dose of a benzos will make the come-down non existent, as well as help you drift off to sleep if possible.
Good luck, we all obviously hope you are okay. If you do go to the doctor please post again and let us know.
