2 months ago i had my second episode,psychosis(had my first episode 2 years ago),i was prescribed Sizodon ls(Risperidone (2mg), Trihexyphenidyl (2mg)) in my first month.and for the second month i was prescribed sizodon plus ( Risperidone (3mg) , Trihexyphenidyl(2mg) ) ) . Now ,i am given with Sizodon ls( Risperidone (2mg) ,Trihexyphenidyl (2mg) and Nexito 5 ( Escitalopram (5mg)) . i don't feel like taking anti depressant.is it okay if i avoid Nexito 5 and take only sizodon ls med ?

We are not doctors and so we cannot answer that question. Do you have a doctor that you can discuss your medications with? It is always important to have a doctor that listens to your reasons for not wanting to take a particular medication, someone that can help you weigh the consequences.
i understand that i am not supposed to take advice from people who does not practice medicine. i have not had the anti depressant yet,i am going to skip the it,i don't know why,i just don't want to. i wanted to hear if anyone had already done that.
