Inspired by THIS POST I think a List of shit you should NEVER SNORT..
I am usually rather cautious and do my research first, but still, I have shead a tear more then once when I railed something I shouldn't have...
1) Propoxyphene - not 'Darvocet' because all that APAP is just pointless (we will get to this later).. instead I mean "Darvon" - the little caps with NOTHING but propoxy in them... I railed one of these and had to flood my nose with water for about 20 minutes.. my entire face felt like it was on fire... this DEFINITLY gets my vote for #1
2) Mepergan Fortis - thats Demerol with phengran (sp?) in it... they come in little caps, again, rail one of these and your entire face wll burn with the fire of 7 sun's...
3) ANYTHING WITH APAP! Vicodin, Percocet, Lortab, Tylox, etc... it's just foolish to bother as there is SO MUCH APAP and SO LITTLE drug yer not even likely to feel the high... minimal burn but it's just foolish...
Thats about it for me...
Now since u40915 started the original thread I will take the liberty of listing his entry - though I have NOT SNORTED IT!
4) Tranxene - again, I hope u40915 will ring in and give some specifics...
5) qual mentions Benadryl.. again, I can't say I have ever snorted it ..

Yah both crushed pill and capusle (generic) diphenhydramine burn like a bitch and dry you out. Much worse than snorting tylenol from anything.
Methocarbomate, the unabusable muscle relaxant burns like a motherfucker but at least it put me to sleep and out of my misery after not too much time.
Also snorting buspar, or paxil or prozac, in significant quantities tends to just make one feel like shit for awhile. Dunno what the deal is but the rapid onset isn't fun...a nasty head rush that won't go away for me.
 
Never snort GHB, the dosage is to high to snort the shit + there can be unreacted NaOH in it + I can imagine the drip is nasty... :\
 
Yes, I will admit when I knew nothing about snorting stuff, shit even before I knew about bluelight, I did snort some vicoden (w/APAP) and the kid who gave it to me, see he cut a line out for me...I think he just wanted to seem all cool infront of people saying, "yeah man, this line right here is for you" (becuase i let him smoke with us)...anyways, i didn't know any better and he claimed it was awesome, so i was like fuck it and did it, boy did that suck...Also, codeine (w/APAP once again), really sucked too...but let me assure you, after that I definitely learned my lesson...
 
I forget some stuff.
- Benzo's, they are made to be absorbed quickly so snorting them adds no extra fun.
- Codeine, it's turned into morphine in your stomach or liver I'm not sure but I can imagine that less is converted when snorted..
 
The only thing with snorting is you dont get the anticipation of waiting for it too kick in. I remember back in high school we got all psyched once about getting some pure DXM from "MBEte"......and one of the guys decided he tought snorting it would be a good idea. DXM being a decongestent of sorts he began leaking profusely out of his left eye and nostril and and used ten million kleen-exs in the process to try to stop the flood. The best part was when it finally subsided he had scrubbed the kleenex along his nose eye totally raw leaving him in serious pain, looking like rudolph the reindeer , the vision of a cyclops, and feeling like a complete dumbass.

TheDJ you don't have any actual experience snorting codeine do you? I mean your post doesn't seem to match zorn's experience (posted in the previous thread) of codeine causing swelling etc...
Moreover, ancedoctal reports do suggest that taking codeine in faster forms does cause you to feel is faster.
The mere fact that codeine is a prodrug via CYP2D6 is no reason to assume it can't hit you faster than it does when eaten.
How about we give our personal experience or some evidence of health hazard before we post to this list. TheDJ have you ever actually snorted GHB with NaOH in it?
OT: don't snort 2ct7 IM it...really fucking cheap this way and it barely hurts.

OTC ephedrine products are or at least were fine to snort when they used to come in nice tablets.
Also I hardly think BZP qualifies for the never snort me list as this is something many people do snort for the effect.
Finally benzos are not entierly water insoluble, just very much so. As long as you don't lose any in your nose/mucus membrane it should be just a little bit faster. I have never heard a good explanation why it should be slower other than coating your nostrils and I have no idea if that theory is BS or not.
 
Pseudophedrine should be top of the all time list. No buzz at all but the worst burn of anything, burn lasts about an hour and a half then goes but by then it has lasted so long it has given you a migraine. All this is based on the reaction of myself and two friends the ONE AND ONLY time I have ever snorted the stuff...

PS I'll add whisky and coke as well. Snorting whisky is OK but trying to be k3w1 and snorting whisky up one side and coca-cola up the other is not a good idea, the bubbles do really weird things at the back of your mouth/nose, not pleasant and leads to puking....
 
I must add Flexeril to the NEVER EVER! SNORT ME LIST.. I nabbed a few of them from my job, and while in a drunken stuuuper!!!! I snorted 2 of them, Wroung Fuckin move! It burned SSOOOO bad! MIke
 
uhhhh.... wth were u snorting Pseudophedrine for? its a nasal deconjestant ... anyway ... another thing not to is a fuckin mix of xanax, no-doz, and celexa. lol.. i got a hella good buzz, but the no-doz burned for like and hour roflmao. anyway.. im wonderin, is there anything i could mix w/ xanax to make me not sooo tired. i like the buzz, expecially when i drink, but i get tired soooo fast. anyone know?
 
Flurazepam was a strong benzo that I encountered in a gelcapsule. The inquisitive person that I am... I decided that since it's all ready for snorting, might as well give it a try. Now I figure that pharmaceutical companies will make you work a little to get high off their shit.
Generic Clonazepam...uggh! It's like snorting pepper+mints.
HAHA!! I saw a couple of chicks snort up like 50mg of Viagra each. The didn't notice any effects except intense nasal pain.
Snorting Ephedrine (atleast when it has Guaifen) burns like a mofo.
 
Actually, ambien is kinda fun to snort.
My vote is for 2ct7. The burn is unequaled, and the high is shitty.
 
I really fucking wanted to get to sleep and benadryl knocks me out...I didn't want to wait the 30m-1hr for it to hit. The pain certainly kept me up way longer than that.
