Unlike guys, for many girls having an orgasm isn't purely physical. If the girl has some "emotional hangup" no technique will get her to cum. Some girls (not all by any means) have to have a mental aspect...be comfortable with the whole deal, etc. In any case, drugging her (voluntarily or not) will probably not help much in the long-term.

Gimme a break... giving your girl drugs won't make her have an orgasm. Sexual disfunction is most often a mental thing with females. That's why there isn't Viagra for women. Try talking about it and trying new things SOBER. Most importantly, don't set expectations for her to have an orgasm every time you have sex. Things like that will cause her to feel more uncomfortable, thus keeping her from being able to have an orgasm. Oh, and a healthy session of oral sex (you giving, her receiving, of course) will do wonders... a lot more than any drug in the book.
 
The majority of girls can't have an orgasm through sex in the first place, try working her with your tounge, that usually works like a charm.

find the clit. rub it during sex from the rear, not to hard, long strokes from the vagina to the very top of the clit, ask her how she likes it with your fingers and establish a technique, then ask her how she likes it with your tounge, probably pushing the skin away from the clit pulling the clitorial hood back and then licking around the clit to tease then apply direct pressure.
