Hi there
I used to abuse mdma everyday for a year. I last took it nearly 7 years ago and when I woke up life wasn’t worth living for. I haven’t been the same since. Serious anxiety, depression, DP/DR and zero sex drive.
I have tried different approaches to help and nothing worked. A few months ago I started trying pharmaceuticals to help. I put that off so long because I wanted to try the natural path. I have a low tolerance to pharmaceuticals also. Small amounts of codeine landed me in hospital years ago when trying it for back pain. I recently found trazodone for my back works but does nothing for my sex drive. I have read that bupropion can help but most the reviews are scary and doesn’t seem worth it. What else would I be able to try? I have read low dose ketamine can help but don’t know if that would be good for my head and doesn’t seem like a long term fix. Does anyone have Adderall experience or anything else that could work?
I really appreciate you reading this and any replies I get. Thank you

Buproprion might make your anxiety worse, but it did increase libido for me. Same with Adderall, but again with the anxiety issue. You should definitely bring it up with a psychiatrist, as they may have the best solution. IMO, the anxiety issue should be taken care of before the libido issue. Maybe they are even related in that you're too anxious to get aroused. I'd work on one issue at a time.

Bro id go get some blood work done and see what your testoserone levels are. You might have low T. Which could be caused by drug use, as they effect the endocrine system.

Same thing happened to me when I used drugs (im clean now), but I still have low/no sex drive.

I had one done recently and everything was okay. I can’t go to the gym because of scoliosis and degenerative disks. But if I could I’m sure injecting some testosterone would help. Is it worth doing without going to the gym?

Absolutely. There are millions of men on TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). They take a low dose of testosterone and that can help with sex drive, depression, tiredness, gaining muscle etc. etc. (a whole bunch of stuff).

One of my good friends from work is actually on it. Its helped him tons.

Did they SPECIFICALLY test your testosterone levels? Because that's not done in normal blood work.

Cheers mate. They only tested for low testosterone nothing else. They just took blood. It came back at a normal level. Would I still benefit from taking it if the level is normal? Would they still administer it as well?

You definitely could benefit from it 100%. No doubt about it. "Normal" is within a range ... Your test levels could "possibly" be within the low-level ranges (I obviously wouldn't know, but stating a possibility)

As for THEM administering it, it all depends on your levels. You can get the same thing they will give you...online, and you can just give it to yourself.

Even if you have "normal" testosterone levels, all of those things I mentioned will still happen (if you take testosterone). Ie. increased sex drive, increase muscle mass, higher energy, decreased body fat, better mental focus, etc. etc.

It wouldn't be IV, it would be an easy IM injection (esp. if you used like a 25-27g needle, you wouldn't even feel it). If you are simply using it at a low dose, It shouldn't cause much of a problem. Obviously, everyone is different though.

When I used steroids it never caused a single problem for me.

What do you think about the gel?

Gels are a very poor transfer method. Best way is intra muscular. TRT turned my life around and increased my sex drive by about 400%
