severe anxiety after overdose

I overdosed a gram and a half of meth on day 3 3 months ago. Ever since I've lived with severe anxiety and an inability to focus. When does this go away? It's disabling

Supposed to be between 6 months and a year but with some cbt and possibly medication but I dont know what medication. I was given valium and was already on effexor plus seroquel for night time.


These things take time. Youre not just dealing with that one incident. Theres all the lifestyle before that too.


It gets better, soon like none of it really matters anymore.

With zeph, it gets better man. It takes a while, it's been almost 5 months now for me, I can't do crowds or anything like that, but it's getting better.

You are learning a whole new way of being in your body. Give it your all and give it time. The reward is there but not like a drug where it is instant.
