Mental Health seeing the doc soon, help.

Alright , so I am still a minor. 3 months until I'm 18. I have a past of about 3 or 4 years of drug abuse and my family knows about it and so does the medical professionals.

I have severe anxiety and depression, and I developed epilepsy last year which I'm stuck with for life now. Its very mild. Only had 4-5 seizures in past 9 months but still it isn't fun and I've gained 100 pounds from the mandatory medicine in under a year.

Anyways I take:

500mg depakote er x 2 a day
50mg topamax x 2 a day

For seizures
I have an appt at a new psychiatrist in a day or two, hoping to get some benzos in order to help my anxiety or rec. Purposes. Previously I have been prescribed 10 different antidepressants of many different classes, concerta, adder all, klonopin, and 1mg ativan 2x a day. And I've also been given many anti psychotics (eww) .

What'd be the best way to go about getting the doctor to prescribe me a benzo? I really want one I can take daily. Previously they gave me 1mg ativan twice daily
