Its cool i'm in Ft Myers, right next to you, I wish there was more of a scene by us. I just moved from Indianapolis and this is sure a change!
 
Florida Roll Call v. Mega-Mix

I combined the last three FL roll calls into one thread as all three were still being commented into and we should try to keep things together. Also, despite the fact that there are over 17 pages this way we are no longer stuck with closing threads at 100 replies <<The latest upgrade in software has overcome this problem>>.

Maybe, if this gets kinda boring or ugly we'll close it and start a new one, but for now - have fun.

hey florida heads!

i'll be in the orlando area on the dates specified above. never been before, and was wondering what this town has to offer. i'll be at the marriott world center, which i understand is in BFE. please do not suggest disneyland, epcot, sea world or any of those "reasons-to-get-your-tubes-tied" locations, because kids in masses drives me nuts!

any kewl bars? clubs? sports bars for sunday football? edm clubs? college party-type clubs? any good djs coming to town when i'm out there? i hear y'all have a country bar that has a mechanical bull in it? sounds like fun!

as you can see, i'm pretty open to any type of nite life. preferred days to go out: tuesday, wednesday, friday, sunday.

Hey people, im new here and was wonderin if anyone from the jax g'ville area knew of any good shows comin up w/in next few weeks or so. im in live oak which is right near both andneed to find someone in this area whose idea of partying doesnt involve shrooms or beer and rap.

DirtyLikaRat.. Just moved back to JAcksonville, Floriduh. Was in Live Oak for a few months... Live Oaks idea of a rave is drinkin a fith of Jim beam and squaredancin naked with your first cousin. god Im glad to be outta that dump. Although one time I got a bunch of them foolios at this bar called Mom's (a shack with a urinal in the corner).. anyway I got them all beaned up.. It was funny.. Redneks on the shizzle givin each other shoulder rubs to Merle Haggard on the jukebox.. Total insanity.

whats up with jax?(boring)

hey I am in jax and i don't find it boring depends on your scene and you havta get out to meet the right peeps for the right scenes. Allways point nowhere if you don't try if nothing else you start the scene and others will follow. As to saying something about crappy dj's in jax or reffering to it i know of some excellent dj's but all dj's who want to make it good need to come up with their own shit period from scratch instead of buying create your own records. Always can find something in Jax when i want even if i have to start it.
 
nah i just moved here recently. no ravin rabbi here (lol). also never bee to a club in jax i usually go to simons in gainesville (i dont get out much. :p) how are the police at jax clubs?

Clubs and police in jax don't mix to well, Have some friends who are police always telling me how they bust people in the mens room being stupid and pulling pills out thinking they are being slick in the urinal. The good thing is if you keep your ears open you know where the raids are going to be. Watch out at Plush and club 5 alot of my friends go there and tehy are the ones who keep bustin people who are stupid. Advise take only enough pills for and drop them before you go in. But by all mins enjoy the pills have some good Dj's come through every so often besides takes a little over an hour to get to gainsville, a little over an 2hours to get to O'town, and I can make it to ebor city in 2.5 hours, Miamii 5 hours, Atlanta 4 hours, good location to get to many weekened venues.
 
One of these days I'll be special enough to be a Bluelighter.... lol.... anyway, I'm giving a shoutout to everyone in the tampa area. Been here for about 3 years total.. let me know whats up...
