All 3 were found guilty and sentenced yesterday in Federal Court. Father and Son got life with no parole. Roddy got 35 years. All 3 begged their Lawyers to get the feds to allow them to serve their sentences in the Federal system but the Judge denied it. All 3 will serve their sentences in the State penal system.

Back to Georgia they go. Roddy got 45 years in his State sentencing but only 35 in his Federal sentence. Not real sure how many years he will actually do but his life is pretty much over. He will get out when he's in his 80's. Father and Son will die in there. So that case is over.

Funny how there isn't a whisper as to what is going on with the " other 3" in the Chauvin case. The State and the Feds both indicted all of them but their cases seem to have come to a halt.

I find nothing controversial about this topic, in fact I see it as great news. Seems more appropriate for CEP than the Dive.
