Hi,

I'm really sorry to hear you experiencing this.

If you need assistance right away please call an ambulance. If this is urgent, please feel free to contact your suicide hotline.

For restlessness, artane and cogentin can help a lot.

For opioid addiction, I'd advise asking a doctor about suboxone. 200mg of oxycodone is a lot!

Diazepam has its own addictive attributes. I'd again talk to a doctor about this. Being addicted or dependent on benzos is bad enough, but being dependent without a prescription is many times worse. There are actually anti-anxiety medications without this potential for addiction/dependence.

None of us here want to see you OD. You can make it out of this debacle, but it will take a lot of effort. I think you're up to it, hmm?

I take the same medicine for RLS, maybe you need to up your dose? How much do you take? Im on 1mg atm. Sometimes people need to use 3mg for it to actually work.

This is all great advice. I recommend cogentin over artane because artane isn't really big in medical use here for psych patients because of its abuse potential in schizoaffective patients

clonidine and gabapentin can help. dont take seroquel, trazodone or antihistamines. hot showers and exercise help. ive heard potassium helps too
