Mental Health Release from Mental Stress

hi,
i have experienced a sudden change in me.As a IT professional .i have to work in shifts . there is a lot of stress in the office .i was staying in stress.i started to meditate and take good meal i.e. easy to digestible food by which i got rid of from the stress.
 
It's amazing how much we overlook that the source of stress is the mind even when in an externally "stressful" situation. The added benefit for your co-workers is that your calm will positively affect the group, thereby reducing stress for everyone. <3
 
The mental stress is the serious issue and I’d recommend you to consult the good specialist to solve your problem completely and professionally. Be healthy, bro!
