I relapsed, went through an 8ball of deschloroketamine in 3 days, hellish experience.

I stopped praying and going to meetings, feel guilty as hell.

I know I need to start praying going to meetings any other advice appreciated.

You don't need to pray or go to meetings if they make you feel guilty about using. That kind of shame just isn't helpful.

Is there another kind of supportive community or support group you can access in your city? What kind of meetings were you going to before, and how did they make you feel?

The best advice any of us can offer you is to trust your gut and intuition. You have all the answers already. You already know what to do, and you are stronger than you know.

We have a saying "There's no crying when the crap is already in your pants" meaning one shouldn't feel down when there is nothing he can do anymore for the situation.

You relapsed and so what? It is part of the process and some of us need one and some of us need a lot of relapses.

Best thing to do is to check what went wrong and try to learn what happened but don't dwell in the past.

You can use that relapse as a part of a foundation you build your kind of sobrierity upon.

No big deal at all. :)

Now just get back up, dust yourself off and make adjustments to your recovery approach. What lead to the relapse. What needs to be adjusted to prevent this in the future. Give yourself a break and make adjustments to you aproach to prevent the same thing from happening again.

As far as the meetings.. go back in and come clean and grab a white chip with pride. You have not lost all your hard effort and resulting clean days. They are still yours and don't ever sell yourself short and forget to count them.

Your doing amazing and killing it.. shit so you took a little header.. no where close to the end of the world.

Relax and get back into your recovery and make any needed adjustments to your approach.

Relapse is just part of the process, try not to beat yourself up. Take this opportunity to learn, aside from stopping the meetings and praying ask yourself what else was going on? What was different, and how long had this been going on before you actually picked up and used? What could you have done differently?

Don't feel guilty - it's not productive and can be very harmful. I was a chronic relapser, I know how bad it feels and sometimes there was no limit on the self hate and loathing I felt over my perceived failure and it made the situation exponentially worse. Instead be proud of the sober time you have accomplished. You did that, you can do it again. Get your focus back and keep moving forward. You got this!

This sounds like a great idea and it's a summary of what I was going to tell you treezy. Start over and remember that it happens.
The way you get up is more important! :)

Relapse is just part of quitting. The key is to make sure you figure I yt what led to you relapsing and watch for those mental signs or whatever to head then off before it happens in the future. If you can afford private counselling I highly recommend it

Just don't buy more? It doesn't sound like you're seriously physically dependent.

A lot of us go through things like this. In jul 2013, I had 7 months clean, and used again for a few months before giving it up once more in oct of '14.
