I guess I'm from Canada, and we're all a bunch of idiots I guess for letting nearly anyone emigrate to our country for a better life, whether it be better paying jobs or even just to take advantage of our health care.
I'm proud I live in a country where people feel they would have a better life there.
Just because they aren't poor starving kids from Africa doesn't mean a thing, your country is MASSIVE, what do you think these people coming here are taking up all the space for other immigrants?
Diversity and expansion is how a country can really grow and flourish, as previously said you bring people in who can work hard and pay taxes then your country is making more money.
If you only bring in people who need to be taken care of and live off of social programs for the rest of their lives then what good are you really doing for your country?
Instead bring in those who need help, the starving refugees you speak of, and those who can contribute to those who need help, the free loading "human trash" you speak of

I see in the US the people who complain the most are those in a job they hate, working with "the wrong kind of people" who they bring to the attention of anyone who will listen. Usually there own kind, who failed in their educational advancement. Now they spout taking a line from South Park "Dey took my job." Well it read in the link the poster would be happy with the immigration laws of Japan. It was important enough for you to start this thread maybe relocation will spare you the terrible anxiety your going through. Oh I forgot they won't have you. Holy Toast I live in a community where we have 200 plus Canadians every year come down. I worked on our golf course for three yrs. and these residents were exuberant in there appreciation of how we maintained the course. I was embarrassed with the amount of compliments. I regularly heard a lot of American members with hateful attitudes directed at them, people who never gave my design and hard work of the landscape a note, and never once received a monetary tip from. I can't add up the amount up of gifts from you people. I just had to say something nice after my last post. lol peace

A real refugee is someone who suffers persecution, and thus flees to a neighbouring country.
An illegal immigrant is someone who enters a country without a valid permit, in order to live in a better economic climate.
Any person escaping persecution who flees to a neighbouring country is a refugee, but if they continue their journey into, or bypass, a 3rd, 4th, or 5th country, seeking a better place to land, then they are nothing more than economic immigrants - in fact, illegal economic immigrants.
The only “real refugees” that could possibly come to Australia would be from countries like East Timor, Indonesia, New Zealand, or Papua New Guinea (we are unlikely to face a horde of refugees from New Zealand). These people come via boats because they don't meet the criteria for legal migrants. When you come by boat you can make up any story you like because you "lost" your documents along the way.
The so-called refugees we have in our detention centers, as well as any others headed for our shores, are nothing more than scammers. They have bypassed several countries to get here - because Australia has a good standard of living. They are illegal immigrants, criminals - nothing more, nothing less.

IMMIGRATION Minister Scott Morrison has issued a stern warning to refugees escaping the Syrian crisis - if they try to come to Australia by boat they will not be welcome.
Mr Morrison this morning said there would be "no sympathy" given to boat people, regardless of their country of origin.
His comments come in the wake of the latest boat tragedy in which at least 31 people, mostly children, drowned off the coast of Indonesia with many more still missing.
News Corp Australia this morning revealed among the dead were a group of Lebanese refugees lured to Australia on fake Syrian passports.
The families from an impoverished area of Lebanon were promised a safe "ship" to Australia via the fake identification.
They were from an impoverished area yet they could afford fake documents for their whole family as well as air fares from the other side of the planet - oh and whatever they had to pay the smuggler..
Family of 4, that would have to be a good 30 grand. Minimum. Cash was probably made by cousin Habib rebirthing cars in Western Sydney

I was in Bogota working a couple of months ago and ripped that city a new arsehole. I suggested one of the surgeons come and work for me but his life style really couldn't be matched in Australia.
If they had a fake passport I don't understand why they don't stick them on a $500 direct flight from Jarkata to Coolongatta.
