RE: Bad exp on Green ?

Just too follow up, i am still pretty f**d up from these. My perception on things is really distorted. Feel like i am freaking out all of the time. Doctors said it can take a long time to go away. Am unable to work properly or go to uni. Sometimes it feels like i am a mind walking around in a different bidy. Just dont feel myself. What is wrong with me guys?
It has been 2 1/2 weeks since my bad experience. Will this freaky feeling ever go away?

Sounds like a typical monday, tuesday dude. I had the same from the green ?'s.
So how long have you been doing them. If they we're the same one's I had they were pretty full on!!! SOOOOO.... read the FAQ for info on pre and post loading I guess!!

Have had around 15 pills in my life. I just wish this feeling would go away. It has improved a little in the last week but i still feel distant from reality a lot of the time. Sometimes my body gets a funny fuzzy feeling all over it. Has anybody had this feeling before?

blufluffybunny: This isn't monday tuesday blues, especially since it's been going for 2 and a half weeks.
You say these were the good ones and tested black, then I'd say that your body has reacted badly to mdma and taking mdma in the future could be a problem, very unfortuanate, I'd hate to be in your position but thats the reality. I realise you probably don't want to give it up altogether, so maybe next time be really careful, and don't go above 1 pill, in halves. If you go multiples again your simply tempting fate. If that works out Ok, slowly up the doseages until you are sure you aren't going to have anymore bad reactions.
Also do you take 5htp afterwards, you may find this to be a big help also (eating well and getting exercise is also a great idea, but that goes without saying)
Remember to be safe, this reaction is your bodies way of saying be more careful, my advice would be to listen to your bodies advice
Whatever you do though, give yourself a nice long break before you drop again.

Sorry...i meant what he is feeling is what I feel on the monday/turesday stage after a big sat night!!!
*Sorry bout the confusion folks...nothing more to see here*
man... I'd Listen to Mr E Moore and BE CAREFUL!!

mr e moore: i know you, and others here, mean well but i have to jump on your language. BLACK does not equal MDMA or GOOD
do i need to spell out why the distinction is important, especially with a case like this?

weed did the same thing to me. i've never been the same since i got stoned for the first time in early december last year...
it left me feeling suicidal with uselessness... nothing was ever to be the same again...
my recommendations: do lots of exercise, eat right, sleep lots... imagine the chemicals responsible for this unwanted change in you being sweated and pissed out of your body, slowly, as a result of your exercise, good food and sleep.
placebo or not, it worked for me.

sorry johnboy, quite true, there haven't been any other reports of black testing green ? that have caused this reaction so I am assuming he had the good ones and his biochemistry has gotten well messed up. Obviously though there could be other conaminants which aren't helping the situation.

Jumpin....man you sound like you are in a bad shape! What a damn shame hey! My suggestion is if ive had a super super big weekend then i usually drink HEAPS of orange juice, it just makes me feel better. Vitamins can really really bring you back to planet earth hehe..a good one to try is "natures own...Multi-vitamin & mineral" and it has over 20 vitamins & minerals! My suggestion is try things like "yakult", drink water -2 litres per day, and heaps of fruit, totally flush out your system. If you already feel better from this time last week to now, then your on the mend. take it easy next time!

jumpin: im sorry that you are feeling so bad. i guess i have felt similar after a taking alot and also witnessing some bad stuff happen while on e. i became very anxious for the next few weeks afterwards. e.g. feeling that i am not altogether there, if you get what im saying.
perhaps you are suffering from increased anxiety due to decreased levels of seretonin?
maybe you should see your doctor again and ask if he has any advice or suggestions. i would suggest eating lots of foods high in protein (specifically high tryptophan foods)
im sure you will be back to normal again in no time!

Jumpin : Tough break. Just remember that you WILL get better. It may take time but you WILL feel like your old self again. If you want to speed up the recovery process then do what everyone says, Exercise and eat well.
I recently took up jui jitsu and found that it helps improve my mental situation after a heavy weekend by ten fold. Eat alot of healthy food, it may taste terrible but it's good for you.
Also, keep socialising. Go out whenever you get the chance. Don't hide inside your own head, always talk to people whenever you get the chance.
Good luck to you Jumpin, you'll feel fine in no time.

this might sound a bit odd, but could it be other things going on in your life at the moment?
I find that for me, the 'week after blues' can stretch anywhere up to two weeks. Not always, but sometimes. It's kind of like the 'monday/tuesday' effect is a trigger for me to get depressed and worried about other things. But i get over it.
Examine everything that's going on in your life right now. Maybe something is getting to you more than you think.
But yeah, get healthy. Look after yourself. SLEEP. sleep is good. more important than uni and work (in my humble opinion). You have no idea how much your physical condition can affect your mental state, and vice versa.

It sort of feels like i am not with reality. It is scaring me cos i dont know how long this is going to last.

i wrote a long and drunken rant about this, be glad i hit the clear fields button by mistake...
BUT i have to say this. i am getting shitty at comments like the above "it couldnt be the pills, they are strong MDMA". it could very well be the MDMA, in combination with this particular person's metabolism, and state of mind at the time. you dont know, noone knows. We all have to remember that MDMA is not a benign substance, and we can't turn our back on it, or anything else that can effect our mood.
maybe it isnt the MDMA, maybe it's a mysterious adulterant. who knows. we all are taking that gamble, no matter how often we "test" our pills, or how much knowledge we have. and the cynical part of me says "buy the ticket, take the ride", acknowledge the risk, and when it all goes tits up, dont look suprised.
shit, this has turned into another drunken rant. it's year two of running this site, and it seems i can't help still worry about you all..
bleeegh... expect to see this edited by the afternoon, when i wake up...

PINGER DONT BITE YA TONGUE!
seriously, ping, we should be saying this stuff more, we all should. complacency quickly sets in...
(the only edits i did were outrageous typos.)

Had a green ? at 5pm sunday...followed it up with about 6 lines of coke and 5htp. That was sufficient to *straigthen* me out for work etc.
Might not be everyones choice ??? but worked for me.

I was daft enough to drop 2 Green ? in wholes a couple of weeks back - it was the first pill I'd taken in about 4 months and it was a smacked out and very interesting evening. I really don't know what it's done to me cause I haven't experienced anything as freaky as what you described - though I certainly do feel different in a lot of ways.
took another half of one sunday just passed and it's hit me worse - probably just compounded the effects of the other two. I'd recommend staying off anything for a while - few weeks at least - til the feeling passes, and if you're gonna get back into it, do it slowly (it took me 4 months to feel normal again after new years and summer)

Jumpin', all I can say is: hang in there. And lay off the drugs, if not forever then for a long time.
My advice: do all the healthy stuff as mentioned above. Time will heal and if it doesn't, seek medical help.
I'm sure you knew the risks inherent (thanks to JB and pinger for reminding us all- perhaps they too are suffering tuesday blues - pure speculation
wink.gif
). As it happens you didn't come out the other end the way you went in, it could have happenened to any of us so I'll say what I would want someone to say to me: chin up and don't do anything silly.
