R.O.A.R. ?

I picked up a flyer this weekend at Tripnosis (which was an AMAZING party for all of us Bluelighters) and it had PLUR and ROAR on it. I've never seen ROAR before so if someone would be kind enough to fill me in I would really appreciate it.

We had this ROAR thing a couple of years ago in sydney. I think this thing has blown over or some shit. Wot it meant over here was it stood for :
R O A R
Right Of Admission Reserved.
In other words if Ur a seedy fellow, trouble maker, drunk, high, drug dealer or undercover cop etc... then they have the right to refuse U entry.
Don't despair they only write this to keep the cops happy and to avoid any legal matters.
