Is it wise to have quitten antipsychotics cold turkey after just 1/2 weeks of use
 
That would depend a lot on why you were taking them and the severity of your symptoms. Also different anti-psychotics build up in your blood at different rates and have different half lives, Some, like Abilify, are so long that when you stop cold turkey it is like a gradual taper as it slowly leaves your system over about 2 weeks.

I was taken them for nothing. I just was sleep deprived suffered from stress.

Its weird, its been 1.5 months ive stopped taking them and im still experiencing side effects.

Which one? They are not really a good idea for a sleep aid - although they can be effective at knocking you out. What side effects?

I meant that I was psychotic because of sleep deprivation and stress
