Question for massachutes and California marijuana smoking residents

Greetings BLers! Recently a beautiful opportunity has approached me and its going to need to be answered with quick response so i need to ask some people who know to answer some of the below questions.

If marijuana in your urine is that a Violation of probation even though its decriminalized in mass. In California with a medical card is it still a VOP?

Are medical care takers legal?

Is growing your own plants legal?

you shouldn't go based off of my word, but california medical is written to cover you from so many sides and the state is afraid to say shit about anything give or take if you're in compliance with your prescription that I'd assume as long as you can be on any prescription drug they wouldn't want to even start to say that marijuana wasn't. But like be sure to check it out before you fuck yourself.
 
Massachutes people on the probation issue anyone? Thanks for the responses so far, please list the state you represent.
 
If Marijuana shows up in a drug test for probation in Massachusetts it still counts against you. I personally haven't gone through it but my friends have. Some of my friends haven't smoked in a while because of it.

Edit: Lived in MA my whole life :)

i went to school in MA for a period, for what i could tell they were way stricter about mj but that was before i was a medical mmj patient - for example, I got booted out of a headshop before purchasing an extravagent glass piece for referencing weed by saying "nug jar" - they had a rule you couldnt say weed or reference it verbally while in the store - i got a buddy to go back in and buy it for me tho :)
 
very interesting, losing cust-ies over the word "nug".. Imagine if that place sold weed!

Mass Seems pretty annal for a a country thats decriminalized & soon to legalize; seriously guys wtf? Your residents should be hold'in down a lil better so people like me can blow through every once in a blue moon for the greater good of the community. ;)

Looks like cali's going to be my refuge >.< . Wherever i may roam though ima bring love, healing, peace & light.
