q MDAI - heartpain from small doses?

You'll have to speak with my manager about that. My standard fees go around 3 grams of weed & a bottle of whiskey, + booking fee.

;)

p.s. that's just really frothy apple juice.

There is still much mystery surrounding MDAI. I've yet to get a definitive answer on what it should look like. All I can say is, of the three types I've had, tanned brown gave the best effect, but that was at 250mg when I've read 125mg should be enough.

A seller tells me their white MDAI 99.xx% is as pure as it gets - the last lot of white MDAI I bought off them was crap.

Then again, maybe white MDAI is the right stuff and it is just a crap substance?

I didn't get heart pain off any batch.

MDAI is definitely a white powder resp. crystals.* Any coloration is an indication for an impurity. Then again can coloured impurities look massive while they make up only trace amounts; for example I've seen dark-brown to almost black paracetamol once, which was 99,8% pure.

* P.S. I am referring to pure MDAI, of course, not to the crap that is sold online!

The MDAI from the first vendor that started offering turned completely dark and totally degraded, not light brown sandy anymore, it looks looks like that other impure dogshit now. Happened with 2 differend seperate grams.

At the first glimpse it sounds that you had the free base and not a salt. It oxidises quickly and the degradation products of amines usually look brown to black. Wonder why somebody would sell something alike though. Then again there's so much shit sold these days, why not unstable free bases, too.

Very good question! This would require some insight into what the degradation products actually are. IRRC the usual products of the oxidation of primary amines are the corresponding oximes, but this depends strongly on the oxidising agent (e.g. some inorganic catalysts can lead to nitriles).

I can say at least that even a dark colour does not necessarily (but possibly) mean a high content of degradation products. See also my example in post #24 in this thread.

TLC is very helpful in this respect to get a basic idea how impure your sample actually is. Not highly precise, but a viable start.

taking your argument to the logical conclusion actually anything taken in excess is not safe, including plain old water. too much water can be fatal. you'd better stop drinking water just to be certain.

And if we want to talk about gateway drugs, let us safely assume that most hard drug users, started with soft drugs, like alcohol, cigs, weed, and of course hydrogen dioxide first!! (hehe H2O! it makes mexicans crazed, causes negroes to rape white women, better outlaw it SOON!);)
