Recently my friend got arrested for being drunk and high, shes underaged. SHe is suppose to go on probation soon. Her court hearing is coming up, but a few days ago she smoked pot again. Will she be ok or be in worse trouble?

depends on if the judge/juvenile commission (whatever your state/country does with juveniles) asks the last time she smoked.

he might go harder on her if it comes up, but she could always go with "i honestly don't remember the last time i smoked, Your Honor... i've heard a lot of different information about marijuana, and, given some of what i've read and been told, i'm not sure if i'd be able to pass a drug test as of right now."



give her a smack on the back of the head for me, though. you should never smoke a few days before court.

Is the court hearing for sentencing? If it is then it probably doesn't matter. Now when she is sentenced and probation starts she better cut it out.

Im told when you first get on probation the 1st test isnt counting but if your levels rise on whatever after you are VOPed=fucked.
