This is a hard one, but I'd really love to know the artist of the track thats playing in the first cut of this video -

Its a video of an event I was going to this weekend, but got canceled and I'm wanting to console myself with some psy goodness lol.
 
Looking for a name of a hard house track from I think around '96-'97 but could have that wrong as there are a lot of tunes in my head, with lyrics 'it ain't over till it's over'.
If anyone's got an idea?
 
I REALLY hope somebody can ID this one - I grabbed it while at a club on Saturday night:

I usually do a search on the lyrics and can find out what it is but this one has got me stuck. From what I gather this is a new version of an existing song. I found "People Won't Like This" by Citizen and "The Underground" by Celeda. But from listening on Youtube, this is definitely NOT either of those versions.
