Hey guys being a stoner myself i hate to see things like this but this source seems legit and it seems pretty serious too. Ofcourse, this is reversible once abstained from the herb for a while but still.. sucks. Im sure a lot of you know about this but for those who dont, here is a source stating the facts.

If anyone feels that this source is false or inaccurate let me know why you think so and your reasons, thanks. I would love to be proven wrong on this. :D

edit: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/a...effects-alcohol-cigarettes-caffeine-mind.html

actually im starting to become skeptical already because there could be other factors that are contributing to the dark regions and mistaken for cannabis only related. i hope

The friggin Daily Mail has never been a legitimate source of info, and never will (no offence mate, it's just that they're a vile media outlet not worthy of anyones' attention). Tabloids like that have a negative influence on drug policy and the world would probably be a better place without their sensationalist bullshit. /rant.

It's bullshit. The Daily Mail is the newpaper equivalent of Fox News(right-wing bullshit yellow journalism)

Hey DrugOmen,

There is a TON of information and longitudinal studies that can be read in depth to fully understand how your use has effected you. The bottom line is any drug use will effect you in some way - but that's not nearly as bad as it sounds... Could just be you spend 20$ more then you should a week on weed. If you are thinking you caused serious damage with cannabis use, unless you used an insane amount, likely any damaged caused would be healed by ceasion

I suggest you check out

or a few others like this

The psyc articles, well I would suggest checking out psycinfo or psycarticles they are both the best source online for peer edited research - you do need to make an account though. Anyway, redict to the appropriate thread, thanks.
