i think what they mean by "alt left" are actual leftists. liberals aren't left, they're right wing authoritarians simply to a lesser degree, but still capitalist scum.

This idea that Trump has sacrificed so much to be president, it's bollocks. How could he have lost a billion dollars? What did he spend it on? I would really like to see some credible sources for this claim.

He's busy being President. He's not allowed to handle business affairs to the point they become a conflict of interest.
His reputation has been completely destroyed by the media - if he wanted to make money then becoming President was not a good move (maybe in the long run)

No doubt the alt right has some argument about how Muslims can do anything to destroy the enemy or some half assed justification. But then I'm still waiting for the Obamas the antichrist phophecy to come to fruition years after leaving office.
