Where did I say this? We're not necessarily brainwashed if we trust/believe incorrect information.
One example: the US is fired up atm regarding police killing black people. However cops are responsible for 0.02% of the black murders and the vast majority are justified.
The media doesn't talk about the 99.98% of the black murders and who is responsible and why they're happening.
So does that fact prove that the media don't actually care about the cause of black men being shot - and are they just trying to demonize police?
I respect the rules of this forum, but honestly this is kind of irrelevant to me. I don't know you. You may be unintelligent, in denial or politically compromised.
All I care about is the argument that you present, whether it can be substantiated and/or whether it's logical.
You just said that your opinion on gun control and gun murders is related to what you see on the news.
I could write pages of mistakes the MSM has made and also how they lie by omission, or mess with figures on gun crime.
Do you agree with this or disagree? If you agree then the debate can continue.
If you disagree then you may believe incorrect information or have an agenda.
Or if you can present evidence contradicting that claim I'd be more than glad to have a look - and I'm open to admitting I was wrong or changing my stance (as I have previously on guns).

i think what they mean by "alt left" are actual leftists. liberals aren't left, they're right wing authoritarians simply to a lesser degree, but still capitalist scum.
