Look, the bar for expected behavior by professional athletes is fairly low. You know it's bad when they come out en masse and tell everyone "no, our locker room talk is not like what Trump said."

That was a watershed mo. In a bad way.

And all the winning teams won't even go to the White House! Why is that again?

man i am kinda throwed and not sure how I got in this thread. I've read the past few pages and had to stop. I fucking LOVE Calvin and Hobbes.

I read so many of the book collections as a kid/teenager. hrm. I really wonder if Bill Waterson subtly had more influence on my persona than all my formal school learning? hehehe

I think I will lay in bed in a bit with a Calvin and Hobbes book and laugh and laugh. Awesome.

Growers out here believe Democrats steal the non-existent rain from the western valley, probably to redistribute to undeserving minority schoolchildren ("they can squeeze their water out of their school welfare milk! I'm trying to grow rice in a desert, dammit!").

Anyway, I just thought "Jayonnaise" was the funniest thing I'd seen in many weeks. Yeah, I haven't had much to laugh at.
