I took really strong mdma 2 weeks ago and I've developed palinopsia, after images, visual snow and trails day by day since. The trails are definitely the scariest and despite how happy and optimistic I try and stay throughout the day, everytime I wake up they are worse, the after images are worsening from bright objects to non-illuminated objects. I feel like my life is about to be ruined by one stupid mistake. I've started taking Uridine, DHA, Magnesium, Vitamin C and D.

My question is, am I going to have to live like this, learning to cure the anxiety side as opposed to the actual symptoms, as in, is this actually curable. Also, how bad is it going to get, the day by day difference is huge, if it increases like this daily in two or three months I probably would've killed myself

Please don't read this and not help me I'm begging for some support, any supplementary advice or a testimony, please.

You might just be experiencing some after effects.
It most likely won't last forever.
Just continue doing what you're doing and I'm sure it will lighten day by day, slowly but surely.
If it's been over a month, try going to see a doctor and tell them what's going on. Just be honest with them.
Much love.

I am back after doing some research about your problem. Wikipedia tells me that one name of this disorder is "Hallucinogen persisting perception disorder. " I am not a doctor and cannot diagnose anything but perhaps you should see one. I found many types of visual disorders related to drugs. Time will also help you but you are suffering now.

I have done many psychedelics, mostly LSD, and this has not happened to me. You are suffering from fear and anxiety and I feel for you. Try to stay away from all drugs including cannabis or any of that wild stuff you see on the Internet and in gas stations.

Primarily benzodiazepines including clonazepam, diazepam, and alprazolam are prescribed with a fair amount of success. The anticonvulsant drug levetiracetam has been reported to diminish some of the visual symptoms. Another study shows that the drugs tolcapone or levocarb can help but again, please see a doctor.

You are in my thoughts and prayers. Michael
