And like a twat layed around two hundred dollars worth of cocaine. Also a guy tried to stab me a on I proper battered him. I got wo abh charges I've got a witness but I doubt they will come so it's me saying he has a knife and he got proof of me gouging eyes. Punching him repeteddly
I'm scared what's dos and dontd of uk prison plus I am very ill with copd I have one crime in five years I got done for criminal damage five years ago and a month ago now I got two abh charges.
I feel I should be in a hospital with the meds I'm on I'm scared

Get a lawyer and explain that your insane and try get sent to a mental health isolated unit of prision where you wont have to fear getting attacked by other people etc. If it doesn't work straight away tell the guards you hear voices from the tv in prision if things go south and people are out to attack to you. Playing it crazy will get you into a safer unit.

Correct you will need a good lawyer. Not sure how the UK works. Here in the even the most expensive attorney won't keep you out of prison if you are destined to go, but it sure does help.

You can probably even delay your case greatly by getting help now.

On the other hand by what you are telling me, you shouldn't go to prison for that case if you aren't already on probation / parole / or have been to prison. They will go the probation route 1st most likely in the worst case. Definitely get a good lawyer and he will give you the best advice. UK system may be quite different (in which case my advice isn't worth much).
