Phenibut Withdrawal

How long does it take to develop a phenibut addiction? Not mental addiction but physical addiction with withdrawal symptoms like insomnia, sweaty hands, anxiety(?), etc..
What are the withdrawal symptoms? How long does withdrawals start to take effect and how long do they last?

How long does it take until tolerance develops?
I read of people taking more than 10 grams per day. I don't know if this has something to do with development of tolerance or the wish to get as high as possible.
Is there a kind of ceiling effect where you can take more and more and will not feel any further increase in effect?
If tolerance developed, how long does it take - after stooping phenibut - until everything is normal again.
I read advices to take phenibut for 1-2 weeks and then stop for one week.
I have developed a opioid tolerance. But when I would stop now takig opioids for one week, tolerance decreases a little bit but I can still use a lot more than non-tolerant people.
I have no idea how long it would take until tolerance would be decreased to zero. But probably it would take a lot more than just one week.
How is it with phenibut tolerance? Is pausing for one week really enough?
Is it true that tolerance to phenibut builds absurdly fast?

I read that it shall be possible to reduce phenibut withdrawal symptoms to zero with baclofen or GHB/GBL. In what way does this help?
Does it really kill withdrawal symptoms and after some days you are clean or does it work like a substitute. For example: When you are addicted to heroin, you can take methadone and won't feel any withdrawal symptoms. But when you stop taking methadone, you are not clean. Withdrawal will start then again. You just replaced one drug with another.
So in which way do baclofen, GHB/GBL, ... help with phenibut withdrawal?
When baclofen helps, then probably pregabalin and gabapentin will help, too. Is this correct? Any experiences?

Do benzodiazepines help for phenibut withdrawal?

I would be glad to answer your multiple questions but I can't be bothered reading your wall of text, sorry.

Yeah you can reduce phenibut symptoms to 0 with baclofen. IMO, thats by far the best option, if you can get baclofen, then switch to baclofen and taper off it. GHB would help temporarily but it only lasts 4 hours and the dopamine rebound would make w/d much worse. You'd need to make sure you had a load of GHB so you can taper down without having to abruptly stop. I've tried opioids and amphetamines too when withdrawing/coming down off phenibut and amphetamines made things 1000 times worse, while opioids didn't seem to do anything. Phenibut, like GHB and baclofen is a GABA B agonist. Benzos and Z drugs are GABA A agonists and in my experience, they help a lot, even though they don't bind to the same receptor.

EDIT: Yeah gabapentin, pregabalin are GABA B agonists so they will get rid of w/d symptoms the same way baclofen does. Its like opioids though, if you are addicted to phenibut, then switch to baclofen for a few days, you will still be addicted to baclofen because its not the drug itself you're addicted to, its the GABA B activity.

I just finished a week long binge in which I ingested 60g over the course of 8 days. Everything seemed fine until the eighth day, when, BOOM, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I can honestly say that this was THE WORST feeling I had ever felt in my life. Paranoia, panic, fear, rapid heart beat, etc. Almost like an act of God, I came across a handful of 2mg clonazepam. I took 1/2 first thing the next morning, and I literally felt NOTHING from the Phenibut W/D. I waited until 5:00 that evening, took another one, and I am now typing this post feeling WONDERFUL. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I can truly say that clonazepam is the way to go. Hope this helps.
