is it safe to us phenazepam as a sleep aid ? and does it help as it seems to with vasodilation?
No, and no. Phenazepam is a very powerful benzodiazepine drug (c.f. Klonopin/clonazepam, Ativan/lorazepam) that should not be used for long periods of time. In addition there are many reports of people combining it with MDPV (and other powerful "research chemical" stimulants) and ending up psychotic, blacked out, and in a hospital or jail. The two have a tendency to produce a manic state where the subject is totally amnesic,
a la the media's portrayal of people on PCP.
BE VERY CAREFUL!
Do not eyeball phenazepam! You
MUST use liquid dosing or a milligram scale if you want to preserve your health, sanity, and short-term memory. Phenazepam has a half life in the
hundreds of hours and will take
literally weeks to leave your body if your "eyeballing" causes an overdose.
An active dose can be as low as 0.1mg (100ug)! If your phenazepam needs more than 1mg to produce perceptible effects it is fake and should be discarded.
Do not inject phenazepam. It is not soluble in water and you should not be injecting other solvents. In addition it has a high bioavailibility through the oral route and you gain nothing rom IV use.
Phenazepam has no effect on vasodialation. It does however cause anxiolysis, relaxation, euphoria, disinhibition, loss of coordination, drowsiness, and memory loss. Tolerance builds rapidly to the anti-anxiety and sleep-inducing effects, but the memory-suppressing and ataxic effects usually remain. It is
powerfully dependence forming and will cause benzodiazepine withdrawal if you have been using it for too long.
I strongly suggest you throw your phenazepam out, or at the very least, play it very safe and only use milligram doses in emergencies.
