SWIM is coming in to a large amount (1g) of raw phenazepam powder. He knows that eyeballing is going to be dangerous, so he was thinking of doing a liquid titration with a pipette. What liquid (ethanol perhaps- maybe propylene glycol) would be suitable for procise dose measurement. Also, SWIM takes doses of 8mg of alprazolam to get high- so SWIM was wondering if anyone had an idea of a equipotent dose of phenazepam (i.e 1mg alprazolam = ?mg of phenazepam).

Phenazepam is slightly weaker than alprazolam mg for mg, but it is far longer lasting and much more amnestic. Do not recommend taking more than 5mg at once unless you want to wake up 3 days later with a crashed car and no idea what you've been up to.

You're normally a lot sharper than this. Are you drunk right now?I dissolved mine into 99.9% isopropyl alcohol at a rate of 1mg to 1 ml. It took a bit for it all to dissolve, about 20 min with some shaking.
But now I measure out my dose, put it onto a paper towel and then let it dry out by fan or a light. Then it's ready to eat like blotter.

Someone who is me knows that this compound is relatively difficult to dissolve in ethanol, nigh insoluble in water, and then reasonably soluble in propylene glycol or PEG. If you have trouble getting the compound to dissolve, consider using a double-boiler.
Reports suggest a potency ranging from the same to half valium's, and a duration and feel more like the latter.
