Pharmacological Anomaly of APAP Overdose

So on Sunday night I intentionally dosed 25 grams of APAP in efforts to commit suicide, but ended up feeling guilty about it 20 hours afterwards and went to the ER. They direct-bedded me and took a blood sample. I had also taken 4 Norco that day, but somehow my APAP levels were 0. Acetylcysteine was not administered and I was kept overnight for psych reasons before being transported to an institution for obvious reasons. 5 days later I still have not had any symptoms of hepatic damage. Labs showed no issues with hepatic or renal function. How could this be possible? Could my regimen of other prescriptions have inhibited the enzyme responsible for metabolizing it to NAPQI? Could it somehow have been excreted as APAP for the most part? Or is this something that could possibly come back to bite me in the ass later on down the road?

Any insight on this would be appreciated.
