Phaclofen to reverse baclofen changes

I posted in other forum but my question is still without answer

I need phaclofen to back my gabab sensitivity. I'm from poland and i'm not see this drug in my country. Anybody know what is trade name in europe ? and what dosage is safe to recover gabab without future problems?
