So now that I've been finally off any sort of SSRI for around a month I want to try peganum harmala. I have seeds, not an extract, couldn't find a company which ships extract to here but the seeds are readily available so I ordered them.
I read that one just needs a few hundred mg? Do I need to crush the seeds or is chewing enough? Or make tea out of them?
Edit: Erowid lists dosages from 0.5 to 8g of seeds, described both as extract and that 3-5g seeds would deliver 1.5mg/kg harmaline so I guess the gram dosages are meant in regards to untreated seeds?
