Frumious Bandersnatch
I dunno man. I really have no strong opinions on anything LGB or TQ+. Probably the main thing I was referencing is what I've witnessed on reddit. Gays, lesbians and bi people all have their own spaces. If you look at the LGBT subreddits, it's almost entirely trans people.the way you put the whole "they snuck themselves in" thing just made me think you think they don't belong... my bad, just reading it as i saw it.
i guess you think there ought to be a secondary movement that is separate from lgb? like lgb and then tq+? that just seems unneccessarily complicated.
sorry for assuming your meaning, but i'm confused about what your meaning actually is.
I'm not saying anyone doesn't belong anywhere or can't identify with any group.
But trans isn't actually related to being gay/bi... is it? Homosexuality and bisexuality are predicated on being attracted to people of your own gender. Whereas trans is fundamentally about what gender you feel you should be, and not what gender you are attracted to. Right?
I have seen plenty of LGB people who are highly critical of TQ+ people.
But again, just pointing out observations and not trying to speak on behalf of any group.
