One thing which is concerning me. When I took 4-HO-EPT, I had a feeling of pressure in my ears, not uncommon for tryptamines ime and reminiscent of DIPT at times but with only minor/maybe-not-present audio effects...Well, the pressure hasn't really gone and has turned into tinnitus. It really peaked yesterday, I felt that high frequencies in general were distinctly masked and there was a bell-like, white noise oscillation matching my heart beat, got worse after the gym, was present during the night but is declining now- it's about half the magnitude that it was yesterday. It's annoying more than anything, but it does feel causally related to the 4-HO-EPT. Hence I will not be taking this substance again!
I don't know much about chemistry or pharmacology but it seems odd (and definitely concerning) to me that this particular tryptamine seems to have so many negative physical sides effects. With very few positives. Of course, i cannot be positive that the chemical is either pure or what im told it is, but its from a very trusted source and the general experiences haven't diverged markedly from other user's.
Oh well, live and learn and its good to be reminded that these drugs have very limited data and despite being as prepared as one can be, it's always an experiment being run on oneself with all the uncertainty thar that entails. I'll stick to my 4-HO-DPT/4-HO-MET from now on. Two lovely molecules, particularly the former which, for me at least, is so psychedelic and deep.
My brain wishes to add bzzzzzzzzzzzzing.
